Pamela Agava

Pamela Agava is the Program Manager for Affordable Homeownership, where she provides ongoing management and support to the team’s affordable homeownership projects, collaborates on strategy for emerging programs, and supports the Director and Associate Director in legislative advocacy and policy for affordable homeownership and community development. Pamela is a project manager with nearly ten years of experience in the non-profit arena. Prior to joining Prosperity Now, she worked at City First Enterprises as Operations Manager, where she provided ongoing support to City First Enterprises and City First Homes loan programs. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Howard University and a Master in Public Administration from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh.
